Dear Church Family,

In our church community, we passionately uphold the sanctity of all human life, celebrating every stage as a sacred journey from the miracle of birth to the wisdom of old age. Our faith calls us to action, urging us to be living examples of God’s love in a world that sorely needs it.

To be sure we are unapologetically a church that is pro-life. But we also take seriously the biblical call to be a people who cares deeply for the life of the child long after they are born. We believe in helping single mothers and single fathers. We believe it is our duty as Christians to help adopt and foster children in need. We believe in helping feed and shelter those who cannot feed or house themselves.

That is why our little Christian community here in Brunswick Maryland has people who have adopted, has people who work with migrants to gain citizenship, has people who work tirelessly helping those who want the help to get into drug and alcohol treatment facilities.

We have members whose sole focus is to help the poor and destitute get cell phone service so they can apply for jobs and services.

And that is why this year we are proud to announce that in the second half of 2025 we will be starting The Crossings Community Church Serve Team.

This Ministry will work with community leaders and local businesses in various ways to serve our beloved community. From working with BEACON handing out food at the local food pantry to stuffing the backpacks of local impoverished children with food for the weekend we will be a church that lives out Gods greatest commandment to love our neighbor as ourselves.

So I urge you as you are reading this to start praying about joining us on this serve team. Together we CAN and we WILL make a difference in our community and beyond! Please see one of your elders for more information on how you can get involved in the planning stages of our new Serve Team!

We are excited to announce an awesome night of worship and learning on January 26th. 

We will start the night being led in a special time of praise and worship by The Grace Fellowship Youth Band from 6 PM to 6:30 PM followed by a special Kingdom DNA training session with Pastor Joel Rainey on  from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the American Legion Post 96 in Brunswick, following our Sunday Funday Dinner from 5 PM to 6 PM.

Pastor Rainey, the Lead Pastor of Covenant Church in Shepherdstown, West Virginia, brings a wealth of experience in church leadership and community engagement.

He will guide us through an abbreviated version of the Glocal.net KDSC training, which Pastor Phil and PastorJustin participated in last year.

This training is a valuable opportunity to deepen our understanding and practice of Kingdom principles within our community.

We encourage everyone to attend and participate in this enriching experience.
