Friends,
Christmas is the season of giving, and as we celebrate the birth of Jesus, we are reminded of the greatest gift ever given: God’s own Son. John 3:16 says, “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life.” This gift of salvation is at the heart of Christmas, and it’s too good to keep to ourselves.
While we exchange gifts and spend time with loved ones, let’s remember that the most valuable gift we can give to others is the Gospel. The message of hope, love, and eternal life is what Christmas is all about. The season naturally opens doors for spiritual conversations—through Christmas carols, nativity scenes, or simply the joy and wonder that comes with this time of year.
You don’t need to have all the answers or a perfect presentation. A simple invitation to our church or dinner at Sunday Funday, a thoughtful conversation, or sharing your story of how Jesus has changed your life can plant seeds that lead others to know Him. Romans 10:15 reminds us, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
This Christmas, let’s be intentional about sharing the Good News. Pray for opportunities to speak about Jesus with friends, family, or coworkers. Invite them to join us at church or for our Christmas caroling event on December 22. Most importantly, let your words and actions point others to the Savior who came for them.
Let’s share the greatest gift ever given—the gift of Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas!
Blessings,
