Your Twenties Weren't Meant to Be Navigated Alone.

30 Below is a small group for young adults just past high school, college, first jobs, or figuring out what's next, meeting Wednesdays to open the Bible, ask real questions, and build friendships that actually last.

Let Us Guide You Through This Season

Your Friend Group Scattered. Church Doesn't Feel Built for You Right Now.

After high school, everyone scatters, college, a first job, a new city, and church can feel like it wasn't built for people figuring out what's next. Underneath it, plenty of people in their twenties are quietly unsettled, caught between the faith they grew up with and the life they're actually living, craving something solid to actually build on.

At 30 Below, you don't have to pretend you've got it figured out.

What a Night Looks Like

  • Real Fellowship: Conversation and friendship with people actually in the same season as you.
  • A Bible Study That Makes Sense: Easy to follow, easy to actually apply to your life, not just Sunday-morning theory.
  • Prayer That's Actually Real: We pray for each other's real life, not just polished prayer requests.

If you want a place to belong and grow, come join us. You can show up your first time without knowing anyone.

We Know What It's Like

We know what it's like to feel stuck between the faith you grew up with and the life you're actually living. And we know showing up somewhere new when you don't know anyone is its own kind of scary, that's exactly why you can walk in the first time not knowing a single person and still belong.

30 Below started when a special needs student aging out of youth group at twenty wasn't ready to sit in 'Big Church' yet, so Pastor Justin built a group that kept a few youth-group elements at first, games, worship, alongside deeper Scripture and discussion. Tonyette Hall, who helped lead the group early on and eventually took over the ministry and led it for years, got involved for a similar reason: she wanted the kind of community she'd needed at that age herself, a place where hard questions about God and the Bible get real answers instead of getting shut down, after her own faith nearly stalled out in college without people around her who shared it. The format has grown up alongside the group since then: 30 Below has moved past games and music into a simpler rhythm of fellowship and discussion, often (but not always) over food, young people getting together for fun, friendship, and to grapple with life's hard questions together.

Hear it directly from someone who has found that here.

"30 Below is very special to me. It is where I have had the most profound conversations in my life, and where my stomach hurts and I can't breathe from laughing so hard. 30 Below helps bring me back to my faith and what truly matters in the middle of the week. It is a great place to connect with my fiance and my friends."

Bring Real Questions

Not the polished version. We won't dodge it.

Build Real Friendships

With people in the same season as you.

At 30 Below, we know you want a group of people your age who actually know you, in a season that otherwise feels scattered. In order to get there, you need people who are honestly in the same place, not further ahead or further behind, just navigating the same stretch of life. The problem is your friend group scattered after high school, and church can feel like it wasn't built for people figuring out college, a first job, or what's next, which leaves a lot of people in their twenties quietly unsettled, caught between the faith they grew up with and the life they're actually living. We believe your twenties weren't meant to be navigated alone. We know what it's like to feel that exact tension, which is why every Wednesday at 6 to 7:30 PM, at Miss Heidi's house in Brunswick, a small group opens the Bible together, prays for real life needs, and just shows up as they actually are. Here's how it works: come Wednesday night, bring your actual questions, not the polished version, and build real friendships with people in the same season. So join us this Wednesday. And if you want the address first, just email us, no pressure to commit before you even know where you're going. So you can stop feeling like everyone else has it figured out except you, and instead build a faith that's actually yours, one that changes how you live, surrounded by people who actually know you.
