Men Shouldn't Have to Lead Alone.

Telos Men's Forum is a small circle of Potomac Valley men who meet the 4th Friday of every month for real friendship, real accountability, and real talk. No performing required.

You Can Look Fine and Still Be Running on Empty.

Most men have plenty of acquaintances and nobody who'll actually tell them the truth. You can nod along at work, keep it together at home, and still feel like nobody actually knows what's really going on underneath it all.

At Telos, we don't do surface-level. We say what's actually true.

What You'll Actually Get

1. Real Truth

No performing, no polished version. Just what's actually true.

2. Real Accountability

A small circle that actually holds you to it, not just checks in once a year.

3. Real Friendship

Men who know the real story and stick around anyway.

We Know What It's Like

We Know What It's Like

We know how easy it is to look fine on the outside and be running on empty everywhere else.

How Telos Started

How Telos Started

Telos didn't come out of a program. Five months ago, Brandon Mueller saw that the men of our church needed a place to be honest with each other and to actually hold one another to it, so he started one. Right now it's a tight group of six to eight men who meet every month to help each other become better husbands, better fathers, and better leaders. It's small because it's still young, and it's growing as more men show up. There's room for you.

The Telos Men's Group is something I look forward to every month. Its amazing to have good Christian men to encourage you and help keep you accountable.

Here's How It Works

Show Up the 4th Friday

Show up the 4th Friday of every month, 7 PM.

Say What's Actually True

Say what's actually true, not the polished version.

Let the Group Hold You To It

Let a small group of men hold you to it.

Men Shouldn't Have to Lead Alone

At Telos, we know you want real friendship and real accountability instead of surface-level relationships. In order to get that, you need men around you who will actually tell you the truth, not just nod along. The problem is most men have plenty of acquaintances and nobody who'll say what's actually true, which leaves them feeling like they have to have it all together for their family and their work, with no place to admit when they don't. We believe men shouldn't have to lead their families and work without real accountability and friendship. We know how easy it is to look fine on the outside and be running on empty everywhere else, which is why every fourth Friday of the month at 7 PM, a small circle of men shows up and says what's actually true instead of the polished version. Here's how it works: show up the fourth Friday, say what's actually true, and let the group hold you to it. So join us this Friday. And if you want to talk it through first, reach out to Brandon, no pressure. So you can stop leading alone and hoping nobody notices the cracks, and instead lead your family and your work with real integrity, surrounded by men who know the real story and won't let you go it alone.

When We Meet
