Radiate Youth Outing: Apple Picking
Radiate is heading to Catoctin Mountain Orchard on Saturday, October 17 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM for an afternoon of apple picking. This one is open to all our students and their friends, so bring somebody with you. Meet us at the orchard, 15036 N Franklinville Rd, Thurmont, MD 21788. Parents handle drop off and pick up, and if your student needs a ride, let us know and we will arrange a carpool. Admission is $3 per person and includes a wagon ride. Apples are priced by the pound, so bring cash if you can: the orchard adds $3.99 to use a card at the U-Pick and the ATM on site charges $3.99. Dress for the weather with jackets, coats and extra layers. Questions go to Samya Watkins at samya@thecrossings.cc. Please RSVP below so we know how many to expect.
Fall Harvest Dinner
Join us Saturday, November 7 from 6:00-8:00 PM for our annual Fall Harvest Dinner at the Petersville Ruritan Club (3819 Petersville Rd, Knoxville/Brunswick, MD 21758)! The church will provide the meat and drinks; just bring your favorite side dish or dessert to share. Bring a friend! Please RSVP below so we know how many to expect.
Quarterly Members Business Meeting
There is a Quarterly Members Business Meeting being held on Sunday, October 25th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the American Legion in Brunswick, MD (18 S. Maple Ave). All members are asked to attend. Radiate Student Ministries will not be meeting during that time due to the Business Meeting.
